My passion lies in engaging discussions about user behavior, accessibility, and, of course, dogs! I enjoy exploring the nuances of user experiences, emphasizing the importance of accessibility in design, and sharing heartwarming stories about our four-legged friends.

As a designer, I am dedicated to creating solutions that enhance lives through data-driven products and experiences. My user-centered approach addresses real problems, whether I’m designing innovative user interfaces, refreshing websites, or conceptualizing books.

I enjoy visualizing ideas through sketches and storyboards, helping my team and clients understand the impact of design on user experiences. By leveraging rapid prototyping, I effectively demonstrate how my designs improve interactions and satisfaction.

  • Gift Card Mobile Application: As the Interaction Design Lead and UX Researcher, I spearheaded the design of a Gift Card mobile app that leverages AI writing technology to generate personalized content for clients. Throughout the design process, I utilized a variety of UX techniques, including competitive analysis, user flow analysis, usability testing, observations, interviews, surveys, and wireframing. I created a mid-fidelity prototype using Adobe XD to visualize the user experience.
  • TechTik Freelancing Website: Developed TechTik, a freelancing website designed to help job seekers earn extra income while enhancing their skills and experience. As the UX researcher, I ensured an optimal user experience by employing techniques such as competitive analysis, surveys, user persona development, sketching, wireframing, information architecture planning, and data management using Google Sheets.
